About our Founder
Balanced Leadership Solutions was founded by Amanda Brewer-Thompson, an operations strategist and leadership consultant with more than 20 years of experience building and leading high-performing warehouse, fulfillment, and distribution teams. Known for her ability to bring clarity to chaos and calm to complex environments, Amanda has led operations through rapid growth, high-volume peaks, facility launches, system overhauls, and organizational transformation.
Her career spans e-commerce, 3PL, food and consumer goods, and multi-site distribution—giving her a unique, practical understanding of what truly drives performance on the warehouse floor and in the leadership ranks above it. More than a strategist, Amanda is a hands-on partner who develops leaders, strengthens teams, and builds operations that are not only efficient, but resilient.
Her philosophy is rooted in the pillars of Clarity, Consistency, Empathy, and Courage, guiding leaders to operate with balance while delivering results. Through Balanced Leadership Solutions and the LaunchPoint suite of programs, Amanda helps organizations launch strong, recover stability, elevate performance, and lead with confidence.
